      Activation Today

As i recall from the other day a few people are to be activated (or are due to be) today so thought this thread may be a good place to track everyone's progress with this.

I for one have an activation for today but am not holding my breath with this! Although saying that the BT tracker had my date (21/09/06) in the system for 10 days so it looks positive.

Just tried to check it again this morning from work and it's still saying

We weren't able to retrieve your order information. This could be a temporary system issue, please try again later.

Oh well we live in hope!

Yes i was watching with great interest yesterday and it's good to say a lot of happy customers on here. Always good to hear the good stuff as well as the bad i feel on forums

Well no lights on router this morning but that is optimism for you! haha! I expect anything between now and 18:00 to be honest as my last line was ceased around the 16:00 mark so that seems the usual exchange work time for the BT engineer's round here.

PS. Good luck tinx with your activation. Hopefully it'll go through nice n smoothly!

      Good luck andijames!

I was acivated yesterday and I'm very happy with everything so far.
I'm getting really fast speeds, I was downloading at around 1.5MB/sec last night, took about ten minutes to download a 700MB file.
So a very happy sky BB user here.
Hope it all goes well for you.

Was due to be activated yesterday

I'm still waiting for my BB to be activated, was due yesterday.

I'm trying the number 0870 595 9595 but it's either busy, or rings for a few seconds and then goes NU.

Anybody have another method or number to check on activation progress please?

When you call make sure you speak to Tech Support and they should be able to sort you out or get in touch with the right people who can.
