      Welcome to the site knotty

It should be simple if you are registered with them just login and look at Order tracking: Landline orders

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

Well looks like mine has been activated. Nipped home at lunch to see the light on and connected at 6331 down. Just rebooted the router thou and got the dreaded err 300! Will have more of a play when i get home but looks like good work from sky and BT on this front!

Mine's supposed to be activated today. However checked this morning and nothing and now just checked the BT tracking system and can't get any info on the orders that appear.

One other thing on the BT tracker I have 2 orders one for sky and i assume one for the cease of my other provider. Now sky is supposed to be activated today but my other service isn't due to end till the 26/09/2006.

      Will that cause a problem??
