Your downstream attenuation and noise margin are very close to mine - I connect at over 14000kbps. You would be near this if you plugged directly into a filtered mastersocket.
I don't entirely understand what you have described about your extension cable and filters. If you're saying that you have a filter in the master socket, an extension cable plugged into that, another filter on the other end of the extension which your router is then plugged into - that's where your problem lies - in fact I'm surprised you can connect!
The filter only affects the phone outlet not the router outlet. You need an unfiltered connection to your router.
