Dynamic testing reduced my sink speed

Hi there. My sink speed has droped in a few days ago from 16 meg to 14 meg. I phoned up sky tec to find out what was causing it and they said it was some dyamic testing thing and that it should be back to normal in a few day's. Has anyone else heard of this yet?

      ^^^^^^^^^^^
I think you are missing the point, that the forum although large, represents quite a small proportion of Sky users. I very much doubt that the disruption is confined to the forum users. Many who use Sky broadband do not know about the forum, if they did there would be even more complaints on here.

It will be interesting to see before/after figures once the dust has settled, but I doubt if Sky will release them. They haven't even advised users officially that it is happening. I think a forum poll will be the only clue we will get.

this is the kind of dribble I hear from other arrogant large coporates eg. BT, they make the assumption a silent customer is a happy customer.
