OK thanks for that ;-) Good job my internet connection is screwed then otherwise I might be violating the t's & c's LOL - time to get onto my employer I think - to ask for them to provide me with a business internet connection.

By the way between the various posts that I have made above I have been disconnected twice - this is really annoying me now!

I would hazard a guess and say you would be OK with emails and VPN as loads of people have posted about VPN issues and no one to the best of my knowledge has been kicked off. I suppose Sky mean that you can't use it in an office at home, if that makes sense.

Yeah, I think a lot of people would use their internet to check their work email, browse for work, forward files to work etc. As NR says I think it is more aimed at people who run a business from their home.

OK that's what I thought that it meant. It's not like I am running my own business from home or anything.

Just don't ever mention it to them, then it cannot be construed or interpreted wrongly at their end.

      Re: Sky is the limit

Yeah good to know thanx for the advice. I will be mentioning though when I do finally get a call back - the money I have spent on the repeated phone calls. If they had informed me of these DLM issues I wouldn't have needed to repeatedly contact them. Sky's poor level of customer service is shocking! I hate to say it but it could even be worse than AOL who I recently migrated from, which to be honest I never thought humanly possible.

      Re: Sky is the limit

In all fairness, I have never had a request for phone calls to be refunded denied. Just keep you calm and state your case, firmly and strongly, you cannot lose!
