    Is it worth getting max?

      Noise Margin 7.2 db 23.0 db

      above are my stats
      I have been with sky broadband for 6 months now and have experienced no real problems with it (apart from the very begining)

      Is it worth me paying extra for max or am I better just staying on mid?

      You have very similar stats to myself.

      The only advantages would be:

      A higher upload speed - 768 against 416

      A higher 'undefined' although rumoured to be 250GB cap / FUP

      Your call.

      what were your problems when you first got it?

      my problem was i was connected to the wrong part of the exchange for a month and got 288u/l and d/l took me about 14 calls and numerous emails to rectify,eventually emailed mr murdoch himself before it got sorted

      actually it was jesus!....james murdoch
      plus he refunded all my calls and gave me some dosh as a gesture of goodwill
      I joined sky in december and havent paid a bill yet due to the credit on my account

      I officially love sky
