oooo IM MADDDDD (STOP THIS DLM)

Ok this DLM thing has gone too far im really ***** off

My Downloads have no gone from 6000 Kbps to 2048 kbps

I can feel a very long letter and phone to call to sky and ofcom.

Why have sky not informed its users ?
A simple email would have been nice
An opt out would also be nice

Can we create a poll to see if this DLM has helped or hinders sky users???

      There is a poll http://www.skyuser.co.uk/forum/polls...-new-post.html

I agree sky should have sent out an e-mail informing customers before they rebooted there routers try to figure out how to get there speeds back up.

You can just drop Sky an email telling them you wish to be put off the DLM trial list.

Re: oooo IM MADDDDD (STOP THIS DLM)

Got a bog standard reply from Sky looks like it can take up to 20 days

Our automatic Line Management Tool is currently in the process of tuning your connection to create the fastest and most stable connection possible on your line. This optimization is usually completed within a maximum of 8 to 10 days but can, on occasion, take up to 20 days from when it started.
The Line Management Tool started on 30/05/08.
