Error 300 and a flickering Light

My connection has the seemingly common Error 300, another thing I have noticed is the adsl light on the front of the router flickers every now and then - it will stay solid for say 30 seconds and then flick off and on.
I had BB with V21 for 3 years previously and cant recall (although I probably never had a reason to look so closely) this happening then, guy on Tech support said this happens when data is sent?
Have badgered sky relentlessly (phone and email) with no result, is it worth phoning BT or will they be equally uninterested?
Just for the record I am on the mid package - 8mb
      Any Ideas???

      Welcome to the site nikkob

In your place I would call SkyBB and speak to TS and explain to them whats going on they now have the ability to check the exchange you are on and what card you are connected to so they can see if there is a problem.

      Good luck
      Ray

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
