      Don't be too hard on BT, they have to pay my pension somehow.
      If you feel you could do it, you could chance your wiring yourself. It is against BT's T&C's to do this, and if you do not think you are up to it then dont.
      If you would like more info then just ask.

      How was this done, did Sky send a special signal down the line to all of our routers?

      If you check you will find that it is now V1.03.87

      here is the link for the Sky Router Stability Utility, think you would need to look into the other utility Isitme spoke about (the other James67 utility, have a look in the technical section, you may have to trawl a bit) to get it working tho

      Thank you all for your time, help and advice.

      I will have tinker with some of those ideas and links.

      At the moment I have a strong signal and a d/l speed of 6.4 Mbps, using the ST 330.
