      Re: Weird Speeds

You need to post router stats before anyone can comment.
Also a brief decription of how you are connected to the router and how the router is connected to your telephone line.

      Re: Weird Speeds

Login to the router homepage in browser window :- 192.168.0.1
      Username :- admin
      Password :- sky
Click on show statistics button at bottom.
I've got V1 router but V2 should be same process.
PS - is there any difference if you plug into the test socket ( behind the master )

      Re: Weird Speeds

There doesnt appear to be anything wrong with those stats, how are you measuring your dl speeds ? Torrents by any chance ?

      Re: Weird Speeds

Speedtest sites can give erratic results due to server loads etc. However I have never personally seen such a large variance. You werent doing anything else that could have been using bandwidth at the same time ?

      Re: Weird Speeds

go to the speed test on my sig and download the large file - speed in excess of 1MB/sec would indicate no issues...
