I emailed sky through MySky, and explained my problems to them (continuous disconnections from router which I sorted, but then dropping of BB from router), they have worked with CST and changed settings to stabilise my line. Im on Max, max my line can get is 6Mbs, was getting about 5Mbs but now its gone to 4Mbs, but id rather the stability than an extra bit of speed.

So Sky have handled this well, it helps when you contact them to explain that you've been through a lot of the troubleshooting as found on this site.
