      Update
spoke to sky this morning and spoke to an agent who then passed me further up the chain, result is that i am syncing at 13468kbs /766Kbs but they are unable to understand why i can only download at 348kBs instead of my normal 900KBs-1MBs, they suggest it is my computer but it is the same if i put any of three different laptops on the router.
Not sure what to do now to get my old speeds back.

Re: poor download speeds on max

Hi, I've been having problems for the last week. I have always connected at 6.5 - 7.5meg but I'm only getting 4 if I'm lucky now. Am currently waiting for tier 2 to ring me back.
I have recently cancelled my sky talk sub, just wondered if this could have had anything to do with it, not sure how?

Re: poor download speeds on max

Your sky talk subs will have no impact on your connection unless someone was a bit ham fisted at the exchange when doing the connection. Can you post your router stats so we can have a look?

Re: poor download speeds on max

i put in the sky username and password the utility came up with and though the router syncs at the same levels as my v2 router it doesn't get an ip adress so i cant test it.

Re: poor download speeds on max

Could you confirm where you are plugged into (extention / master / test socket)

and do a comparison set of stats from the test socket.
does not look like you capped from the stats you posted
