Ok after waiting so long for even my router to arrive i fianlly got some sence out of sky employees

Ok anyone not sure of there activation and have not had a letter stating when the date will be this is how you get through to someone who knows what they are talking about and how the system works they will also get your problem on the right track and in a speedy time

call the 0870 515515 number and select option 4 and then option 1 this will get you through to provions team who were actuly very helpful and spotted the problem straight away as they have access to the BT and sky status and can tell you exacly what is going on.
