    Who should i contact?

This is a discussion on Who should i contact? within the Sky Broadband help forums, part of the Sky Broadband help and support category; 08442 410515 should get you to tier 1. Take the option for BB (2 I think) then tech support (5?)....

      Thanks again.

      Just another observation,

Should every reboot of the router show up in the logs as chap auth success, because in my logs all successful reboots show as.

      Recieve NTP Reply
      Router start up.

And very very rare chap auth success.
His name was nut, Mr P Nut.
