    What's going on?

      What's going on?

      I have been with Sky since November, and had a constant dl speed of about 1700kb.

      Just in the last couple of days the download speeds have dropped to 1200kb with snr 13 and after on off peak reboot, jump to 2100kb with snr 8.1. It was at 2300kb earlier today then dropped to 1200...

      Here's the latest stats:-

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
      Connection Speed 2144 kbps 384 kbps
      Line Attenuation 61.0 db 31.5 db
      Noise Margin 8.1 db 14.0 db

      Any ideas?

      do you use an extention ? if you do then try from the master socket (or better still the test socket) and see if you still get the same problems
