      When i rang them they said 11pm other people report on here 10pm

      They are open from 9am to 10pm and thats from the horses mouth

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      I think it depends on what department you get through, during my process to get through to somebody I was told that one department was open 24 hours a day and another one was open from 8.30am - 11pm, and I was cut off at 11 last night so that one was certainly correct.

      Yes sales is only open form 9am to 10pm TS is 24 hours not sure about the others as that was all the info I was asked to get

      I work in the B.Band tech support & we also do online registrations.One of the big pains in the **** for us is this;
      You get your PACK code on your letter & you DONT F****NG listen to the recorded message asking you to press option TWO!!!
      So you get thru to us,who also do technical calls ,& we WASTE time dealing with this as well as TV fault calls who,again cant be bothered to pin the lugs back & listen!
      So therefore you guys with genuine fault calls get left onhold because someone cant be bothered to listen to the options!
