      Weird errors since switching to Sky Broadband...

      ...they seem to occur daily since my switch, which is almost 3 days now. For a minute or two, my broadband doesn't let me access web pages, and it does this by displaying this message...

      I haven't set up a username or password for this DSL Router (ignore the 'youtube' in the window title, as it changes to what website I was last on while this glitch occurs). And when I click cancel in order to close the window and wait out the glitch, I'm greeted with the following...

      My router is the Sagem F@ST 2504 if it's of any relevance.

      Your help would be appreciated!

      Normally means the router has lost synch to the servers, you may find you either have an amber light at this point or the "internet" light is not lit. Can you post your router stats and an outline of your physical connections to the tel line so we can see if there is something wrong that might be causing it? If it's nothing your side then you may need to call Sky TS for troublshooting on intermittant connection so that CST can look into the problem for you.

      I also have the Sagem, and switched to SKY last week. I had this problem myself a few times in the first couple of days but the connection has settled down and everythings fine now... keeping fingers well and truly crossed lol
