Angry On hold for 23 minutes, then cut off!

Like several other people here, I tried the 0800 number to place my order, but was told to call the 0870 order line instead, after being on hold for 20 minutes before someone answered the phone.

So I called the 0870 number to place my order but was on hold for 23 minutes, then heard something like : "We're sorry, all our agents are currently busy with other callers, please call back later" *click*. They have got to be kidding right? Keeping people on hold for nearly half an hour then just cutting them off?

I wasn't too bothered about the first call to the 0800 number as it was free, but to cut someone off intentionally after 23 minutes & making them call back it just plain out of order...

Well, the second time round I got through to a very nice Scottish lass who took my details & signed me up

Now all I need to do is wait for an activation date....

      Kansalis,

TRY again on the 0800 number!

Tell them you have received the BAND code want to put the order through with Broadband Sales.

If no joy, then try in the evening

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
