    On Broadband Max Package but no 16 meg

    This is a discussion on On Broadband Max Package but no 16 meg within the Sky Broadband help forums, part of the Sky Broadband help and support category; So if I was to take it out, and plug the micro filter in and then plug the sky box ...

      So if I was to take it out, and plug the micro filter in and then plug the sky box filter in the micro filter. would that be going on there t and c?? cause we have been with sky well over 12 months

      If you have been with Sky for over 12 months there is no need to plug the box in, unless you have multi-room, or want to order films or games. If you want to keep it in, it must be plugged into a filter. Even then, some users report problems, if you can legally leave it disconnected, I would advise that, there would then be no chance of it interfering with your Broadband.
