    how to check order status

    This is a discussion on how to check order status within the Sky Broadband help forums, part of the Sky Broadband help and support category; can someone please tell me how to check my order status for broadband, i have loged into my sky then ...

      how to check order status

      can someone please tell me how to check my order status for broadband, i have loged into my sky then my sky profile it says there should be a link to check order but i cant find one

      you then have to go into "manage my sky account" its near the top of the page or options then you can go into "order tracking" which is near the bottom left of page or options

      this is the process to follow with your remote (assuming a phone line connection)

      Interactive - option 5 - wait to load - option 2 - wait to load - select - enter pin if required - wait to load - one of the options should refer to tracking an order

      You can check by going to BT Orders and enter your details. You are checking the Landline orders, not the Broadband, this is only for BT broadband orders. This will tell you if and when Sky placed the order with BT and when it is complete. You will have to register to use it, you will need your BT Account No. from a statement.

      when i go to that link it asks for the order no i was given i was not given one by sky only a account no

      I don't believe it, BT have changed their system since I last used it. It appears that only Sky, who place the order, can access the information with the new system. At one time you could access THIS information, it seems you can no longer do it.
