      IE7 page expired

My daughter has an error box coming up, whilst browsing with IE7,sometimes it comes up after 2mins or 20 mins etc `INTERNET EXPLORER PAGE HAS EXPIRED`
she is on `Sky-mid` --I also have `Sky mid` and have swopped my Netgear Router with hers and changed over known good Filter, but it still happens. Her Stats says Connex Speed 4832 down --up 416, attenuation = 35dbs, noise 12.4dbs. Sky speedtester shows --down = 4104 kbps, Up = 322kbps. The peculiar thing is, I only live 4 doors away-- 200m, BT state on same Cable to Cabinet and I have a Conn Speed of 8096 kbps-down & up is 329 kbps---1.5 miles from exch--same attenuation 35 dbs , noise 8.5 dbs. Speedtest shows 6.700 kbps--down , Up = 325 kbps. Her Stat readings should be around the same as mine ? ? Her Stat readings were from Master Socket Test Point.Any ideas please.

      `INTERNET EXPLORER PAGE HAS EXPIRED`
You will normally only get this message when you use the Back button to view a page with data, such as a web order form. If this is when it is happening it is nothing to worry about, it is a security feature built into web browsers for your protection. Clicking the Refresh button, will allow you to view the page - minus data. If this is popping up at times when you are not using the Back button, it could be a corruption. In this case try going to Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab and click the Reset button at the bottom. This will empty the Temp files and set IE back to the default settings.

The speed problem is probably because her connection has been capped, due to noise on the line. Have a look in the Cable and Faceplate section of the forum for tips on how to rectify this.
