      I replied back thanking them. But suggesting my down sync be improved to at least 3.0mb

      i think one of the problems with lower delays is a posible connection problem, when sky first started changing peoples max delay they would also cap the speed to keep errors down.
      if they increase your cap, you may get more errors which would affect your ping times

      also, when someone new looks at your stats, there is every chance they will correct your upload to 764.

      someone obviously doesn't know their job to set you on 1Mbps upload - that'll get ironed out with feedback forms as that's against poilicy
