      you should be able to find it on the MYsky page after you log in, or i would send my veiwing card number if you cannot fint your account number

      and threatening to leave will do sweet FA...you're best bet is to just say i have high pings and can they reduce the Max Delays...that's all you need to say

      you'll likely not get a replay - it's best to phone and get it done over the phone as you'll likely end up with an auto-regrade...call after 11PM and you should be good to get through...

      I've seen plenty of reports on here on how people got their max delays set lower by requesting it in email.

      it works but it doesn't always - it 1. depends who writes the ticket for CST (which is the same as if you'd call), and 2. whether the auto regrade script gets the ticket first...

      it's easier to call and then you know its done...

      By the way my ping to BBC.CO.UK is 78ms which is awful.

      the auto regrade just caps the line (usually up and downstream) as a blanket fix for 'slow speed' issues...people requesting ping fixes fall into this so usually get caught, hence me saying better to call and speak to someone direct
