      no connection

      Anyone else having trouble?

I was connected fine at 6:30 this morning, now I'm at work and the wife has just text to say there's no connection, now my brother's just got to work and asked if we can get on at home as he has no connection (we are on the same exchange - Horsforth in Leeds). The wife's restarted the router but still doesn't work.

      Re: no connection

We have the same problem in Tunbridge Wells, Kent (TN4). Does anyone know where i can check the service status? I can do this for every other ISP in the land but not SKY !!! When you phone them they won't tell you !!!

      Re: no connection

You can sometimes, but not always, get an idea of what is down from the Easynet Status

Sky CS will often tell you an exchange is down if they are aware of it. Unfortunately communications within Sky are not the best, so the right hand does not often know what the left hand is doing
