      Sorted,

      Rang Sky & i spoke to them a couple of weeks ago as i lost connection so they got it all working again but what they did was set my connection speed to 2496k when it should have been around 6500k, anyway it has been reset & speeds are back up to around 6MEG again

      i rebooted by router, and all went back to normal
