Hello,
This has just started since moving over to SKY last week?
I send emails to a list of people who want my local reports on local wildlife with sometimes small images attached, never had a problem until changing to SKY. I send from my own domain and get this.

Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. A block has been
placed against your IP address because we have received complaints
concerning mail coming from that IP address. If you are not an
email/network admin please contact your E-mail/Internet Service Provider
for help. Email/network admins, we recommend enrolling in our Junk E-Mail
Reporting Program (JMRP), a free program intended to help senders remove
unwanted recipients from their e-mail list: MSN Postmaster (in
reply to MAIL FROM command)

I cannot email these addresses any more!
Is this normal for SKY IP's to be banned?
ADDED: Looked at Hotmails sending policy and see they will not accept mail from IP with no reverse dns, on dns stuff it says I do no thave one, do i need one, and if so were do I get one?
