      Phone line jammed?

Trying to join Sky BB as I had the letter with the code yesterday.

I have tried 3 times to join

      1st call I waiting 20 minutes
      2nd call I waited 40 minutes
and todays call I waited over 50 minutes!!

Is anyone else getting the same problem? It seems that I'm not even in a queue!

Numbers I have tried are :

      08705 515 515
      &
      08702 40 40 40

Has anyone had any luck joining sky BB on another number? There's no chance I'm going to wait another hour when BT broadband pick up instantly.

      Wigsta,

I've had the same problem this morning & early afternoon.

      tried 08705 515515 & waited 55 mins & no reply

called 0800 051 0317, was told that their system is down & should be back up later this afternoon.

      Will try again at 3pm..

      Regards

      Roy.

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      NewsreadeR,

tried to put the order with 0800 0510317, advisor told me they don't take orders for broadband on this number, only deal with technical & BB setup issues.

Told me to call 08705 515515
