      On Sky Max ?

Just switched over to Sky a short while ago. Looking at my stats they are not as good as I hoped they would be. Still getting the same sync as I did with my last ISP. From all the info I have looked at I should have been getting between 8-10 meg. Interleaving has also been turned on which I do not need on. Here are my stats.

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 6432 kbps 768 kbps
Line Attenuation 44 db 12 db
Noise Margin 7 db 13 db
Can any one tell me if I am on Sky Max from these stats, what sort of sync I sholud be getting and how to get the Interleaving turned off ?

Yes you are on max, can you let us know how you are connected to the telephone line?

I am using a shielded adsl cable about 1 meter long from the router in to a filtered face plate on the master socket.

Sky do not do fastpath, you can get your max delays reduced (normal setting is 64 i think, CST can change down, but they may reduce your speed !)

You have very similar stats to mine, and about the same speed obtained. I would have thought that's about the best you are going to get. My speed fluctuates between 6 and 7.3mb but is nearly always about 6.5mb
