Err, not sure, I've only ever been asked for it by phone, you could always change it if you wanted to after.

      Re: Help Please

You should not give your password to anyone, especially not over the phone, only on a secure log in page. It seems a very strange request, why on earth would the want it? Surely Call Centres do not have access to our email login? If they do, it must be the biggest security hole ever, it could mean that half of Asia could have access to your emails.

I think others have found it easier to get their delay changed by using the Kana form.

      Re: Help Please

Thats the form I filled in and I got an email saying in order to process the request they need to take some account holders details, name address, phone number, and password on main sky account if one is setup.

I dont know what to do?

Reply with the info they are asking for - as I said earlier if you are worried about it you can change your password online later.

On the odd occasion I've had to ring them theyve always asked for my password. I guess its so they know they are talking to the account holder. Its the same when you ring up your credit card company they always ask security questions to verify its really you.

With your username they need to be doubly sure
