      Hi,
      >>Not activated yet either, and the BT tracker page says the same thing
Does it say the same as mine [several posts back]?

I think Sky CS have lost their support script, as when I spoke to them this morning they said activations are carried out at 07:00 each morning, hence the tracker showing complete. On other posts however people have reported being activated at any hour so I guess its sit & wait time?

BT must have a hell of a lot of staff to activate everybody at the same time

Well when you consider how many exchanges there are all over the country its easy to understand how its done

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

garyb: The tracker doesn't show any provides, it just says "We weren't able to retrieve your order information. This could be a temporary system issue, please try again later."

Don't give up hope just yet.

My line has been activated today. I got home at lunchtime to find that it was working.

For the record, I ordered last Monday (Sept 11th), got the router on Thursday and activated today. Nine days including a weekend. I'm impressed.

Speed seems to be about 4.8 down and 0.7 up which is good.

Good luck to everyone else with their activations. I hope they are as smooth as mine.

      Cheers,

      Andrew.

      Just a tip:
Don't take any notice if the BT tracker says "We weren't able to retrieve your order information. This could be a temporary system issue, please try again later."
I was lucky enough to be activated this morning, and that same message still appears on my BT tracker, as it has done for a week or so.

So don't give up yet, it can happen anytime up to midnight.
