I have just checked again & it's still saying the same thing........My negativity is growing by the minute & i reckon my chances of being activated today are now down to 30%

      Hmmm,
My landline tracker shows completed now, but I have no router or info from Sky BB! I'm flummoxed, can anyone confirm if this means I now have Sky BB activated? If so should I be on the blower requesting my router? I am on Sky BB Connect package.

      UPDATE from SkyBB
I have officially been activated this morning, so my old Pipex line no longer works. Just rang SkyBB who said they have no details of any router being sent to me, could I wait a couple of days for customer services to ring me back.

Give with one hand take with t'other, but I am actually quite surprised and happy that my line is live considering all I have read on this forum..

      Hope this gives hope.
