Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      Ray,
      Any idea why I have
      PROVIDE BT IPSTREAM MAX 1 0.0 0.0
      CEASE (ADSL) BT IPSTREAM HOME 2000 1 0.0 0.0
      PROVIDE REGRADE ADSL 1 0.0 0.0
      and not
PROVIDE LLU LINE SHARE PSTN 1 0.0 0.0

Is it something to do with the local exchange or ISP you are leaving?
Sorry to hijack the thread, just curious.

It looks as though they still have your old orders in there as well I am not sure how far back they keep them but the one that you should be watching is the PROVIDE LLU LINE SHARE PSTN 1 0.0 0.0 thats for SkyBB

      Check the dates on them.

      Lord above,
I thought I was on my way because the dates were scheduled for tomorrow, but obviously not. The only entries on my tracker are for EBILL [as discussed above] & then this entry which states order placed 11th Sept which was when I ordered Sky BB

Order ref Placed Description We can do this on: We agreed to deliver by:
      XXXXXXX 11 Sep 2006 CHANGE 20 Sep 2006 20 Sep 2006 View detail

      Order reference XXXXXXX
      Placed 11 Sep 2006
      Description CHANGE
      Appointment No date yet
      Date due 20 Sep 2006
      Status In progress
      Last update 13 Sep 2006
Latest update Your order is in progress.

      Items in this order
      Description Item Quantity Cost Rental
      PROVIDE BT IPSTREAM MAX 1 0.0 0.0
      CEASE (ADSL) BT IPSTREAM HOME 2000 1 0.0 0.0
      PROVIDE REGRADE ADSL 1 0.0 0.0

      Now I am confused!

You and me both if an LLU line order had been place then it should be something like this

      Date due 07 Sep 2006
PROVIDE LLU LINE SHARE PSTN 1 0.0 0.

      then

      Date due 12 Sep 2006
      CEASE BT IPSTREAM MAX 1 0.0 0.0

Thats what I have in mine

Call SkyBB and see what they say

I too am due to be activated tomorrow and shalln't sleep tonight!!

I also get the same message from the BT Tracker (We weren't able to retrieve your order information. This could be a temporary system issue, please try again later.)

I won't start worrying until tomorrow!

With regard to the message from garyb. Are you sure that you will be on LLU? Your location says Peterborough and a quick search of www.samknows.com reveals two exchanges in Peterborough (Newborough Peterborough and Peterborough Central) neither of which are listed as being Easynet enabled.

Go to the site yourself and check using your phone number. It will tell you which exchange you're on. If it's not Easynet enabled, you won't be on LLU.

Did Sky tell you that you would have to sign up to the Connect service for 17.99 per month? If not, I'm now also confused!

      Andrew.

I'm trying not to get too excited about my impending activation tomorrow, because it was originally supposed to be on the 11th sept but nothing happened.

      2nd time lucky I hope!
