Well it looks like we will either have a lot of very happy people on here tomorrow or we will have to cut on blind folds so we don't see all the shouting

That looks more like online billing than broadband. Broadband should say something along the lines of PROVIDE LLU

My main BT job is like this:

Order ref Placed Description We can do this on: We agreed to deliver by:
      XXXXXXX 11 Sep 2006 CHANGE 20 Sep 2006 20 Sep 2006 View detail

      Order reference XXXXXXX
      Placed 11 Sep 2006
      Description CHANGE
      Appointment No date yet
      Date due 20 Sep 2006
      Status In progress
      Last update 13 Sep 2006
Latest update Your order is in progress.

      Items in this order
      Description Item Quantity Cost Rental
      PROVIDE BT IPSTREAM MAX 1 0.0 0.0
      CEASE (ADSL) BT IPSTREAM HOME 2000 1 0.0 0.0
      PROVIDE REGRADE ADSL 1 0.0 0.0

      Cheers

      Ray,

All i have is this as & it won't let me view the details "******** 09 Sep 2006 CHANGE 20 Sep 2006 20 Sep 2006 View detail"

But i have this of which i suspect is the cease from Tiscali,

CEASE BULK LLU LINE SHARE PSTN 1 0.0 0. which was done on 8th September
