This is my detailed stats since I did the tests last night, using the information above my error reporting in the last 24hrs seems well within parameters and obviously my connection has remained stable. Damn I hate intermittent faults, they never show up when you are looking for them

These errors are negligible for a 24 hour period. I think you should phone Sky and ask them to lift your cap a bit. I doubt if you will get 8mb, but you should get better than you are. If you do get drop outs, you can control your noise margin yourself and tweak it to your best advantage.

Would that be with the tcpoptimizer?

Any particular number/department to ask for to raise my cap?

      Re: Intermittent Disconnection

If you haven't already used the TCPOptimiser then you should, it is well worth the trouble. I was referring to the Mognuts utility which allows you to raise your noise margin to counter drop outs. Plenty of time for that if you need it.

You can only call the usual number and try to get through to the CST, they can fix it while you wait
