      Frequent intermittent loss of internet.

      Hi all,

      The problem I'm having seemed to start about 3-4 days ago.

      The internet either will not work at all or will run very slowly and then will cease to work after about 5-10mins of use.

      Maybes an unrelated incident but about 3-4 days ago i connected my iPhone to my wireless network and whilst on my computer an error popped up saying 'Conflict of IP Address', but for the rest of that day the internet seemed fine.

      I have rang Sky technical support and the guy on the phone told me to ensure the router was plugged into the master socket (which it is anyway) and then to change my filter on that socket, which i now have and to be honest has not made any difference.

      I am connected through a wireless network.

      Here are my router statistics:

      sounds more like a wireless problem to me, have you tried changing channel and/or moving the router ?

      next step would be to do a wired test and see if you have a line problem

      Hi, thanks for the reply.

      Have changed the channel and that seems to have done the trick, thanks again for your help. Will post back if the internet drops again.
