      Internet Disconnects When Phone answered.

      Ok guys every time someone answers the telephone in my home my internet suddenly looses connection, Anyone know why it is doing this, Would appreciate anyones help

      O.k. First thing, try replacing your filters if you have any spaire. If not, then connect your router and a phone to the test socket, ring your self with a mobile and answer the call.
      Does the fault still happen, If not then the problem is with your internal wiring. If the fault is still there, then it could be the phone or filter, so try again with a differant filter/phone. If the fault is still there, do you hear any crackle or noise on the phone? if so report this to BT as a noisey line.
      If the phone line just has a low hiss, and you still have the dissconnet fault, then you need to report this to your ISP, who should then pass this on to BT.
