      Ummm

      Hello,

Just thought i share my sky bb expereance with you all and maybe i could get some tips on who to speak to.

      17 july i registered
7 september i got my code and phoned up ordered
18 september still waiting for my router

I phoned up today and after being on hold for 50 mins i finaly got through and was told oooh you should of had your router by now and put me on hold for another 5 mins. Then he came back and told me that this has been esculated to his team leader who is now dealing with.God know how long that will take

Any way after reading all your posts on here i decided to ask about if i was activated and hadnt recieved the router would i still have to pay from the activation date and he assured me that i will not get charged untill i have my router and am online.

Is it all worth while the people that have had nightmare with skybb and now up and running was it all worth it ? are you happy?

      Welcome to the site nifts

Sorry to see you have been affected by the missing router syndrome as for your account you only start to paying for that once you connect with the router and there system then logs you as active, at least that what SkyBB told me.

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
