just checked my router stats, i used to be connected at 16mbs which is what i am paying for and today and for the past few days in now says
ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 10236 kbps 606 kbps
Line Attenuation 26.5 db 14.8 db
Noise Margin 14.9 db 18.5 db
somehow my connection speed has lost 6mb/sec it has always shown 16 now only 10, is anyone else haveing the same prob??

Your stats appear to show that your connection has been capped by Sky. It looks like an "auto reprofiling" judging by the odd upstream. Have you recently been in contact with Sky about a problem?
You will have to call Sky and ask why they've done this. Without any further info it is hard to see the justification.

Thx for the replys, Eyemdee im with Sky on the 16mb package,yes Saturday i will have to call Sky to see what happend as i have never phoned Sky with a problem
