      Ex Bts latest

Had 2 calls today from sky one from Ops and one from tier 3

Ops just checking all ok and teckies rang up to tweak.

Interleaving is now turned off and ping down to 16 (on speednet)

Connection seems to have stabilised between 11.5 and 12.5 on speedtest and upload is 648. gotta be happy with that.. but techies think i could/should be a bit faster so if anyone has juiced up from 12mbps and has any tips let me know. Techies say my line is very good.

Interleave increases ping times - having it taken off will lower ping times (but increase instability ... )
