      There are a lot of people who signed up in November who are still receiving free broadband because it doesn't appear on the billing system - its fantastic for them until they have a problem and T1 (not everyone, but a lot of agents) insist that its absolutely impossibly and they get bounced around between tier 1 and provisioning with no resolution in sight...
      I am not posting officially on behalf of Sky. I am posting individual thoughts and advice.

      You are wasting your time. Sky customer services are the worst I have ever dealt with. They quite simply don't care. Don't bother writing to their complaints address either. You won't get a reply.

      for future reference if sky advise you they cannot open a ticket as the router is not showing as delivered in chordiant and you need to wait until the system has been amended this is complete nonsense. tier 1 can make a 10 second call to CST and ask them to open a ticket in HD2 instead of chordiant(which is all Tier 1 can use). obviously when i say 10 seconds that depends on how long it takes to get through to CST.. within the past month or 2 people have been able to get through to CST instantly between 9am-6pm(as soon as Tier 1 agent dials he gets an agent from CST)

      i know this info doesnt mean to much at the moment as this is an old thread but just in case anybody else reads it with the same issue this may be useful info(as you can phone sky and explain to them how to do their job)
