      you are about the right speed for your attenuation, you do have some errors, which are not too bad and should not be impacting on your connection.

      do you have any particular problems or was this just a check to see what it all means

      Also you appear to be on ADSL2+, which is unusual for such a high attenuation. If you are bothered by drop-outs, call Sky and they will put you on G.DMT for a start, which might cure the errors. If you don't have problems, say nothing, as 2+ may give you a slightly better connection speed.
