To the best of my knowledge, this is not being blocked by Sky. Sky have proved thay ain't bothered about download limits, so why would they bother?

It's more likely that it's Rapidshare's problem. And from what I have heard, it won't be around for too much longer - purely hearsay only.

edit: Rapidshare is NOT being blocked by Sky.
