Question Sagem router - port forward

Joined SKY broadband about a week ago, got it all working quite quickly. Performance has been very good.

I am now trying to connect an IP Camera so I can access it from the outside world.
I have followed all the advice I have found – Setup a service for port 9090 – Set up an Inbound firewall rule to forward port 9090 to the camera on 192.168.0.90.

Unfortunately I cannot access the camera from outside using my ip address and specifying the port ie http://90.209.156.254:9090/. It returns - cannot display the page.

I can access the camera on my network at 192.168.0.90.
I had all this working on my old Draytek router with BT but the Sagem router has me beat.

      Any body got any ideas?
Anyone know how I can ‘simulate’ being on the outside of my network so I can test it easily?

Have tried upnp but this does not show the camera in the upnp table when enabled for upnp.

One more thing – When I look at the ‘attached devices page’ on the router it does not always list all the devices on the network ; even though I can access them. Anyone know why?

      Hi

You will not see the Website from your internal IP.

      It is definitely working.

I'm not sure if this would work?

      Code:
      http://127.0.0.1:9090/
