      Moving house

      I'm moving house next month. I still have 6 months left on my contract. How long does it normally take to transfer broadband to the new address?

      Anyone know what speed i'm likely to get. I am approximately 1.42km from the exchange.

      From others experiences BB is normally down for about 10 to 14 days.

      Mine was down from 19th December through to 19th January - They blamed the fact that I was keeping the same telephone number...

      You will have to use the same one probably sometimes they send you a new one out and just try and keep track of the order because recently the moving home dept have been cutting people off early and not putting a new order in for new address.
