    This is a discussion on posting your router to you within the Sky Broadband help forums, part of the Sky Broadband help and support category; You can't track the order with the courier company just via the My Sky page on sky.com....

      You can't track the order with the courier company just via the My Sky page on sky.com.

      Grr, I signed up for mysky the other week and it didn't like my bank details (the last 6 digits) now it says
      "The Sky digital account holder in your household has already registered a Sky.com account. In order to sign up for additional Sky.com services, you can request to be associated to their account by entering their Sky.com username in the field below."
      So I cant see any information about the orders, its so annoying, I guess I will just have to waste more money phoning them!

      I think the system is probably seeing your own order. You will have to wait now until they send your username and password, by letter, before you can enter MySky. If you had joined MySky before you placed your order, you would have been OK and the username/password you created would have been adopted for your Broadband account.

      Sorry, I thought you were the OP. Your username and password will have been sent to you. You don't need to join MySky, just log in with the details you were given by letter.

      Just got my router today..... I got the letters with user-name etc today as well.
