Getting a little more speed out of sky?

So i have been on sky for a while now, at first when i joined i was getting about 4.5mb which was excellent better then my old tiscali connection. But after i did that thing to fix my ping, sky have seemed to of capped me I was wondering if i could get them to uncap it, also would it be worth it.
      Stats below.

my homes internal wiring is the best it can be, an adsl kit connected directly into the incoming phone line.

its not worth it tbh, for the sake of an extra 10kbps-odd...

I think the note from Sky makes it clear that if you ask for your ping to be reduced, you may end up capped.
