      Phoned sky sales as I was told to by TS last night so 30 minutes later got through only to be told I would need to contact my previous provider to disconnect their equipment so he went away to check and said I would need to contact provisioning to get them to sort my line out for connection so will phone them tonight as called them from work.

      Ps The Guy on Sales said the TS guy should have told me himself to speak to Provisioning and the guy could'nt believe how much has been written about my troubles.

      Yes the TS guys should have thats why I said speak to them

      Well I phoned Provisioning and was told there is nothing they can do so I will need to be in a queue for 30 minutes waiting to speak to Sales to re-register again before I finished the convo I asked Provisioning to put a note on my file to say I need to register and not to be passed onto someone else.

      Update so far:
      I have been on the phone for 1 hour 15 minutes and spoke to sales which took half an hour to get through to and was told that my order had been re submitted I said I would like to check that so was put through to provisions and was told they sent an email to bt to cancel current order otherwise they cannot submit a new one, to cease the current order take 5 days and then to submit new order can take upto 9 days. Why oh why doesn't every department have the same information I am going to email and write to sky and get some compensation for this as this is the worst experience I have know and I would atleast expect something from it.
