    CEASE day today

    This is a discussion on CEASE day today within the Sky Broadband help forums, part of the Sky Broadband help and support category; Yes it would seem that way maybe a call to SkyBB TS would help...

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      SkyBB TS are useless at least tier 1.
      Given that they said this mornig, call back tomorrow, I aint gonna call them till then, I will give them what they have asked for.
      However if by tomorrow, there is no change, then I will expect some results during tomorrows phonecall.

      Calling SkyBB is not the answer to everything, being patient with them is more useful. There is a limit however..................

      Well its wednesday today.
      2 days passed my CEASE day and 7 past the PROVIDE day.
      Im totally broadband less, the 2 hr migration time has warped into a 2 day down time.
      Just called SKY TS again and the responses get a bit predictable.....

      "There is nothing we can do we are waiting on BT"

      Told them that is unnacceptable, so I got transferred to a different department and promptly cut off.

      Here's mine for what it's worth.........Sky told me the 8th September....what makes me mad is that last night I went round a friends to connect his router up because it was his activation day........and guess what it all worked fine and I'm still waiting.
