Try plugging the phone directly into the test socket, no filter, if it works, try it with the filter fitted. If it doesn't work, the filter is faulty. If it does not work plugged straight in, try another phone. If it still does not work, report it to BT as a fault.

      Just what's already been said:

If you're getting that problem with the test socket then the problem lies with your BT line (probably) or your router cable/filter (possibly), or your router (possible). Just checking, you did just plug the router into the test socket using only the supplied cable and a filter?

If you've done that then your only option is to pass the problem to Sky and let them work out whether it is your BT line or your router.

      Re: Disconnects please help

For your problem phoning is probably best. Make sure you are sat in front of your PC with the router connected by wire and plugged in to the TEST socket. In the past is has been better to phone late at night, about 11pm, but I don't know if this is still true, since the reorganization of the CS. I don't think there is any 'best' number to phone on, they all end up in the same place.
