      Bitorrent on Sky BB

Hi I'm a new user on here so sorry if this has either come up before
or is not something you can help me with.

Since using my Sky BB I'm having NAT errors using Azureus.
With my last ISP I had to change my listening port to 16881 and create
a new service in my firewall settings with 16881 as an external port.

Now with Sky the NAT error has returned.

Does anyone know which port I should use for SKY or can offer
      any help?

      Thanks!

hi, im pretty sure a wide range of ports can be used,

you can use upnp with the sky router.

have you setup the port forwarding correctly?

      this should help http://www.portforward.com/english/r...GT/Azureus.htm

I cant get this to work on my mac, is this because I've switched off uPnP?

I followed the port forwarding instructions, I cant find a virtual server page it indicates in the router settings.... can anyone help? or reccommend a bit torrent agent that would work?

      Forwarding Ports

If you have turned off UPNP as I have done, you will need to add your chosen azureus port in the firewall section of the router to forward the port to your pc ip address. If you have DHCP enabled you will need to fix your PC IP address so that DHCP always assigns the same ip address to your pc, that way the port link and your pc remain linked.

      Read the link: http://www.portforward.com/english/r...GT/Azureus.htm
